Just felt like messing around in 3DS Max today, no real goal with this... Spent maybe 20 minutes on the model, materials, and particles, about 15 minutes animating it, and about 30ish minutes rendering it...

haha yes lssj4 , but I will show them stage by stage from what I started and what I got in the end
software : 3DS MAX
line modeling was used to create this house , fully done by me , based on a house base plan set as a reference in max on the base , used windows from max object and placed 3ds max 2012 material libraries on them to achieve the transparent touch , this is very accurate modeling proportionally

Who's house is that? You said it was created accurately, so I assume you are modelling this after an actual house that you are familiar with.
Is it your house? Is it a one-story or two-story? It looks short for a two-story house, but it's got a staircase.
Correct me if I'm wrong. It just seems too short for a two-story house... then again, maybe I'm used to the mansion-sized two-story house that I live in.

haha no it's not my house , it was built on a house plan created by an architect , I set up the walls using lines
, its pretty accurate. its modeled from scratch
I have recorded while doing this , so I have prepared allot of tutorials for you guys , in depth ones with organised files and assets included will be posting the ones for people that are new to max pretty soon

SOFT WARE : 3DS MAX
FINALLY! I can model a decent human head , only the little back side is left which will be done in no time , the real thing was the front ! I used a real life image of my friend that I took my self using a 12mp camera and a tripod
edit : ITS PRETTY DISAPPOINTING THAT NO ONE POSTS HIS 3D WORK :/

here is my first ever try on realistic cgi lighting and shading , NO Photoshop I kept the view port back ground as this picture
SOFT WARE : 3DS MAX ONLY
modeling method : editable NURBS
note: this is not done using mental ray or vray , it's the simple default renderer , I used chrome for metalic look and a skylight + omini to create soft shadows to match the background environment yes the fire-hydrant is the model

Yup, made the models, textures, and animated them. Only thing I didn't make was the audio, which I found online somewhere and decided to use as the dialogue(Which is from the movie "Idiocracy" by the way, terrible movie in a good way, if you know what I mean...).
