Every clan war is a friendly matchup unless the people in those clans are getting paid and are the so called "pro gamers"

my point is , in a clan war , you do a whole team death match, and keep 2 frag limit , once a member is kiled 2 times , he can't join back , and the first clan to loose all will be defeated , simple , that's called a "WAR"

No. that's what the thing is. The rules of the war are decided by the 2 clans participating. Be it a TDM with a frag limit or a serries of 1 on 1s with a 3 out of 5 wins scenario. There is no such thing as a set rule for clan wars that would give you the ability to say "This is a war and that isn't"
The rules decided by the 2 clans determine how the war is fought, its still a clan war though.
