what the heck are you guys talking about Krillin is the strongest earthling of all.
Krillin didn't get weaker during the Buu saga.
He was strong as first form Goku during cell saga.
He was still training.

During the Buu saga Krillin was strong enough to face 18 or to at least avoid her attacks normally.

If we take in to account that 18s strength doesn't change due to her android nature, then that makes Krillin at least as strong as Trunks was in Super Saiyan form when he killed Frieza if not even stronger.

So yes Buu saga Krillin should be stronger than Frieza but still weaker than Cells first form.

That's highly debatable, since there's the possibility that the only reason Krillin could stand a chance against 18 is because she didn't want to kill her husband, so she could very well have held back whenever they fought each other so as to not kill/injure him accidentally while they trained...

Just because she's innately stronger, doesn't mean that she can't hold back when needed. Likewise, just because Krillin could survive countless fights with her, doesn't mean he was anywhere near as strong as her.

There really was no instance towards the end of Dragonball Z to indicate exactly how strong Krillin was in comparison to the other Z-Warriors, so any assumed level of strength he had at that time is largely subject to speculation.

Actually Kid Buu is the weakest. he's just the most dangerous, because he has no moral restraints.

He couldn't defeat Androids 17 or 18 until he trained in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and Vegeta couldn't defeat them either until he did the same. As for going Super Saiyan 3, only Goku and Gotenks could do that, not Trunks. I say Vegeta since he trained in the gravity chamber most of his days, as well as being older and thus more experienced.

AFTER He trained in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber... He was beaten plenty of times before in his own timeline before heading to the past to help stop the Androids, who were made even stronger in the Z-Fighters Timeline by Trunks' interference. So yes, Trunks beat the Androids in his own timeline, but they were weaker than him once he fought in the past.
