These are the requirements you need to transform with Goku... you can determine whether you transform to Super Saiyan 1 2 or 3 by raising or lowering your power level:

Goku Kaioken x1 -

requirementCurrent 2500
sustainHealth 500

Goku Super Saiyan -

requirementCurrent 4000
requirementMaximum 9000
sustainFatigue 4000

Goku Super Saiyan 2 -

requirementCurrent 10000
requirementMaximum 16500
sustainFatigue 8000

Goku Super Saiyan 3 -

requirementCurrent 20000
requirementFatigue 30000
requirementMax 20000
sustainCurrent 5000
sustainFatigue 17000

What each of these terms mean:

requirementCurrent- The minimum your current power level needs to be in order to transform

requirementFatigue- The minimum your current fatigue needs to be in order to transform
