You're making normal or Super Saiyan? I see 1 normal ref. And half of those Super Saiyan's are Ultimate Super Saiyan.

Well I think same like Vlad, normal and Super Saiyan only have little dif in hair but Ultimate Super Saiyan have bigger hair and big body, Super Saiyan 2 is same like Super Saiyan only have sparks....

Ultimate Super Saiyan must have difference
Super Saiyan 2 completely different hair(they change side and have many many strands) + sparks naturally...

While Nello basically beat me to it I just need to quote this from Kanzenshuu
"Vegeta's Super Saiyan 2 hair is usually drawn with more pronounced spikes, each standing out and appearing separated from the other, rather than simply being an extension from a main body of hair. The spikes are regularly drawn in more detail, with lines to establish a noticeable thickness. It's angled upright to a greater degree and more compacted as well (observable from back and side views)."
