I put all the files in the right place but when I go to choose my character NONE OF THEM are there.

I have a question... In this package characters can charge while they're doing ki-blast..Not only Ki-Boost they charge the energy back... I want to put this function in another gamepack(Revolution 2) but which file should I put in the Revolution 2 package? And how can I make other characters work on this version?
