I think Goku and Krillin were on the same team and it's some sort of feature you can use when team battling. He's actually just holding him in place so he doesn't dodge the attack and then Goku would get out of there at the last second leaving Vegeta to be wounded quite badly. Anyone who gets directly hit by one of those isn't going to be happy about it. :p

Those graphics actually look nice for a change. They're different that's for sure. I'm tired of Budokai Tenkaichi type graphics.
