Does ANYONE read the threads posted on these forums? Do NOT use mediafire, rapidshare, megaupload or ANY other file sharing service. Just click the attachment area and browse for your file when you make a new post. It's a LOT easier and a LOT more permanent than using a third-party service.

Most of the files linked on this forum are under the 8MB attachment limit (which I will be attempting to raise to 100MB soon). Even a full character attachment zip'd/rar'd by itself should not be above this size so you probably won't run into issues.
As for the server distance issue, you should still get a very manageable 30-50KB download speed even from corners of the earth. The entire point of keeping everything as attachments instead of on third-party services is so the files remain somewhat permanent instead of getting removed 2 months later by megaupload's policies -- thus meaning no one can ever get them again until someone re-uploads it.
It's about controlling the preservation.

Most of the results are from Photoshop filter effects alongside clip/web art.

Next is creating an animated HUD, but maybe is improbable with the tools given. Maybe next betas include the option, would be cool.

Creating an animated hud should be wholly possible right now by modifying the shader for the hud to use the animmap keyword.
