First thing first, turn of that doodling caps lock.
And than, download it, unzip, start and that's all. if servers down than you need to wait.
If you had old ATI card and the game lagg so much, white textures than update your drivers.
if the game not start allow it on your firewall.

when it will come out?
and I want to advice you something before making someone transform to Super Saiyan make he's hair blink between normal and Super Saiyan and when the character ready to transform make a little blast and boom he will be Super Saiyan :DDD

Last time I checked the master server wasn't responding.
Also, about sparking meteor 2 :
I stopped to work on anything related to ZEQ2 since a while...I'll just wait for F3 and the master server to comeback and just be a player for while
