He might not be the most popular pick for a new character, but you can bet I'll make him great.
I'm planning his rage to be a transformation.
So he's ridiculously weak at base and über powerful in his transformation.
Here's a first rough shape.
I will be finishing Yamucha first though.

I've just started watching Dragonball Kai, so chibi Gohan is still fresh in my memory.
The thing that looks 'weird' or 'incorrect' mostly at the moment is the fact that his face and neck are too thin.
Chibi Gohan is a bit of a chubby baby, still with babyfat on him

The face I can agree. The neck has to be that way though. Maybe it's just a tad too long.
His face has in fact been a lot chubbier, guess I trimmed it down a little too much.

Well an anger meter is something I would like to see implemented. When teamplay is fully functional, seeing your teammates get hurt would fill it up. And the rage bar would have to be full to transform.

This would only apply to early Goku, Gohan and maybe Teen Gohan. Because in the Cell Saga all of them can transform at will. So this anger meter would be useful in team battles or for early characters.

Still rage applys to ALL characters in the Dragon Ball Z and gt episodes, lets put it this way, alright lets say it is Goku vs Buu and Gohan is hurt, seeing his dad fight and losing will give him a sudden burst of energy (maybe enough to transform)and he has the will to fight but it doesn't last long at all.

Still, the rage would just make it discomforting and not to the anime. Because Goku, Teen Goha, Adult GOha, Vegeta, Trunks and Goten can all transform at will. Yes rage would be cool to add speed and strength multipliers BUT not to transform.

Well Rage would be needed to achieve your highest transformation. Like Super Saiyan 2 for Gohan in cell saga and Majin (Super Saiyan 2) for Vegeta in Buu saga maybe Super Saiyan 3 as well for Goku. Also when in your playing in a server, you would only need rage to transform the first time.
Rage could also be used to activate a high energy burst for a period of time for characters without transformations. Even let you unleash devastating moves that are normally not available.
