Hey guys, sorry for taking so long with this and ironically its still not complete yet. The textures aren't complete and there are a few little bugs here and there, but I don't have much time to play with it anymore since school started.

If later I'll probably fix it up some and update this, but for now I'll let you have this. Its very playable and unique so I hope you will enjoy the addon.

Hey guys, thanks for your comments. I found out that the masenko file is not working properly because I forgot to include a specific folder that references the charge textures, my bad. I'll upload it later but the ssj4goku character has the same folder that can resolve the issue it you need it fixed now.
Since most of you seem to like it, ill put out some more effort to fix every issue I can find and update it soon.
