Themes are just putting you in system then creates a folder called themes and then create another folder inside and name theme01 my files and put them takes your original theme that...

You do know R4 carts are basically illegal these days? Nintendo have managed to win lawsuits to remove them from legal sale in most major countries which have copyright laws.

My current avatar actually is my old R4 theme (modified though).
I have about 7 themes I made for it. Made them long ago.
And yeah, R4 is as illegal as it gets nowadays.

No, that just makes you incredibly gullible. No matter where you buy an R4 cart from, it is as legal as getting your Wii or 360 into Gamestop to get them chipped.
