Using the VUE7 pre-rendered mesh in game is quite improbable due to great polycount it gets. Since the VUE7 is based on 2D bump map rendering, the software doesn't worry about polyflow/count, unless you fix manually in 3D software with optimization tools and only then it MIGHT be feasible to use it.
