So here is my problem
I can't get my water shader working
First I can find it in texture browser I apply it on brush and ingame its like a ground...I can stand on it...
I got answers like your shader isn't good or something so I get another one and still the same problem
What I figured is that like it has applied half of shader because when I stand on water and try to move my character is slow, like he is in water but it's not...
So my paths and scripts are like this..
shaderlist: water
in zeq2contents/scripts/water.shader
inside water.shader path is(its correct shader but I will just type paths)
textures/kami
qer_editorimage textures/kami/Water.jpg
......and so on
in zeq2contents/textures/kami/Water.jpg
After that I run netradiant...
First Way...
Right click, misc_model and import "world.ase"
Create brush apply texture/shader
Close brush
Make another one that make borders for map/hollow
Build/Run
Second Way...
Put maps,scripts,textures in one folder
Make a zip file
Rename zip to pk3
Go ingame, open console and type /map name
So what am I doing wrong
Regards

Make sure the brush that has the water shader isn't hollowed out. Make sure it's not a model either. Don't put spawnflags on brushes.
