You obviously have no idea how this information gets put up on the net. More often than not, it's unscrupulous people who work at places where such information is readily available who steal it and make it available for the unscrupulous public to abuse for their own use.
It's no more the fault of who ever's identity you're stealing than it is the fault of a victim of bank fraud that they were targetted out of thousands of accounts stolen out of said bank's internal systems.
At the end of the day, this is EXTREMELY illegal so I'm going to take the initiative and make a blanket ruling that there will be no more distribution or request of personal data such as CSSN, KSSN, NI, what ever. It's identity theft and not worth wrecking your lives over just to play yet another MMO.
