A simple search would give you answers to both of your questions.
First off, here's the first teen Gohan addon made by mastap: http://ZEQ2.com/lite/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1179&highlight=Gohan
The official Namek map has not been released to the public yet. Although, there is a pretty small and crappy Namek map that is playable, but it wasn't designed for ZEQ2. Do a little search and I'm sure you'll find it.
