okay guys I was upp all night and I was super bred so I made this tell me what you think and what needs to be improved and illfix it :)then I'll release him for every one also I made the Kamehameha a little more bigger like the one in the episode so enjoy

good fascinating job on the kamehameha but it needs some work it gotta be smaller like 1.9 and the light sparks need some work and the Kaioken 20 need to be a little darker and the charge particle need to be more circular with a less glome

That looks more like a Super Kaio-ken. Nice, it's a good job, but it needs shades, his upper body and Super Saiyan hair looks bland.

super kaioiken is mor slim I'm making him next
guy's please please help when I put the cel shaded Kaioken the glow remains the same on the upper body and it won't klook like the pant's glow I need help to complete him

That's just art someone made. I would research it from the show. A real picture to make sure Kaioken X 20 doesn't have full blown up hair like Super Saiyan. It has partshall standing up hair last time I remembered. Almost Super Saiyan. Lord Slug moment. That has full blown hair that is up.

dude for best references just watch Goku's fights in freeza saga ...that's the best references not some picture's someone draw and are NOT 100% sure its true 
my opinion? I would make Goku normal Kaioken and superkaioken ..it'l be okay ..besides..I don't think the hair is THAT spikey in kaiokenX20...make it less spikey

How is it failing? I think it looks great. Finally someone is doing something with Kaioken forms. I think it is amamzing.
I'm still waiting for someone to do Ultimate Super Saiyan & Ultimate Super Saiyan level 2 for Goku & Vegeta. (Vegeta only had Ultimate Super Saiyan)

ye..you need now some glow from his upper parts and his almost good to go hope you did some nice attacks to like kameha improvement and I don't know...little Spirit Bomb (the little one hand )

for that Spirit Bomb it would take animation but as far as making the Spirit Bomb more compressed and smaller that's almost too easy ) I played around with the Spirit Bomb before but I'm not good with making animation so I'll get some one to help me ) hopefullly if anyone has time.
