This game has it all, the link is to a page written by the someone in Spanish but the game is universal and pretty obvious to anyone who speaks English. anyway it has like 161 characters and can be downloaded from 4 the 4 links on the page, just extract them all to one folder and run the game. He has a video for guidance. It's in Spanish but you watch his mouse move.

the levels are the show. Namek has Goku and frieza behind you fighting, it's simply amazing. The particle effects for mugen are unreal. GET THIS ****!
The game is a fluent Dragon Ball Z masterpiece. Enjoy it.

I already downloaded a mugen which has 140 characters
I saw the video and found only 100+characters

currently the best dragonball mugen is dragonball dream with all new characters and they are all the same ( size everything ) not like some Dragon Ball Z mugen games where you have 100+ characters and none is from a same type of game ( they have different size, quality etc. ) ask lord mj for more information and the best EVER released mugen character is definitely Goku hd ( also called a PlayStation 2 version Goku and he's awesome ). after a long search I found also a Vegeta but he's still a wip...but to cheer up you guys here's something new  maybe the future best mugen
