okay...it's not a bug at first
second....there are like 50 topics about programs needed to provide something for this game
and in those topics the most said name is "3ds MAX"...software in which you do a lot of things
So....
What do you think what program you need to use to open .max file extension

guys stop bring rude monsters and at least help him!
listen if you can't install it then the setup must be corupted , try getting a new cd ,for milk shape when you try to install choose the 15day trail period and it will work
