Why does every topic need to be corrupted?
Raging blast, I can only guess you deformed some geometric shapes like cubes and spheres, put them all together to get something like this.
But I highly suggest you learn the proper way, and with milkshape that's only poly by poly. An easier way is the boxmodelling way of adding loops by cut tool etc. in 3D studio max.
That's all I can say for now. There isn't any way I can constructively criticize this model, because it actually needs to be deconstructed and destroyed.
