I checked a lot of the threads that have IP Addresses in them but none of them seem to work as of now. so I was wondering if anyone is now hosting a server but the IP address is not on here? or maybe is going to host one soon?

you can't connect that Tequila DEV server...it's not ment for you..if you see anyother it will work
