some people are complaining on the irc that they can't acess the site , they are using irc softwares to join , Buksna can acess but can't post on the forums and I'm the only one able to do all things , what's the problem with the site , why can't they connect

I wasn't able to open the site. It said that the domain had expired.

The fact that you could still see the site means DNS servers in your region are really bad and take ages to update.

Domain was late on renewal, but it should have propagated by now. A maximum of 24-48 hours is possible for world-wide propagation, but I saw 1-2 hour turn-arounds in this case.
Flush your browser's cache and other temporary files.
