How much RAM do you have? Cause the error message preventing you from playing is pretty self-explainatory. You don't have 512 MB of free RAM which is what com_hunkmegs specifies to allocate.
So either you close background applications, lower com_hunkmegs (q3config.cfg add "seta com_hunkmegs 256" at the bottom (without quotes)) or buy more RAM.

I have 512 MB But now 383 MB I will buy Ram 1 GB soon Thank You So Much

Sorry, mixed it up. It's not q3config.cfg but zeq2config.cfg, that file should be in your ZEQ2 directory somewhere.
Open that file with an editor, notepad which comes with windows will be fine.
In that file search for:
seta com_hunkMegs "512"
Change this to:
seta com_hunkMegs "256"
If that still doesn't work try something lower:
seta com_hunkMegs "128"
If you can't find that line then just add it at the bottom.

I did, twice. Search for zeq2config.cfg, open it in a text editor and if the line is not there add it yourself at the bottom.

I'm new so can you tell me PLEASE how to play with friends because I do "Dedicated = Internet " and I reopen ZEQ2 Lite but when I start game is only me and anyone else..... please...
