Are you sure that you connected to your WAN Ip adress?
Ip adresses like 192.168.X.X are local and people won't be able to connect.
I'll give you the guideline assuming you won't have problems with ports or firewalls, cause that's out of my reach to solve right now.
Open ZEQ2 lite, create a server , dedicate it to internet. Then you'll have a blue box with text, that is your server.
Then search your WAN-ip on: http://www.whatsmyip.org/
copy that ip adress, re open ZEQ2 lite and typ in the console : connect "ipadress" if that works, you have successfully created an Internet server.
