Please help me I want to create a sever on ZEQ2 lite but know

Although I defended you in the addon forum I really hope you will consider Void's words and try to search for yourself some time. You can insert keywords and search for people that asked the same things before and got answer to it.

The normal way to create a server is :

Open ZEQ2 lite.
Create a server
Dedicate it to internet
You will get a blue box with text. that is your console
Then search your WAN-ip adress on http: //www.whatsmyip.org/ ( not 192.168.X.X) that is your local ip adress.
Copy that ip adress
open another instance of ZEQ2 lite
Typ in the console : connect "ipadress"

that is if you don't have port issues or firewalls problems. Else you will have to ask Brad or someone with more knowledge of it.

And please, before spamming the forum with questions that have been asked 100 times before, do some effort to try and search it for yourself.

Edit: apparently the filter changes that site, it's not work in progress

well I have done everything

go to ipaddress site
put my ip in console[not 192] I typed connect
I put my firewall of along with antivirus protection off

then it has something to do with ports or stuff. I don't know how to solve that either . Sorry, ask Brad or JadenKorn maybe they can help you out
