Form the books I have read Buu's Brother's name is Tii, Majin Tii's very life essence was merged with evil Buu's, he traveled the galaxy at light speed as he traveled he became a good guy, he ended up accidentally meeting Goku, Goku mistook him for Buu and fought Tii, Tii ended up absorbing Goku because Goku was going to die, and then he ended up going to earth and becoming friends with the Z-Fighters, he then released Goku from his control. Tii then went on to progress further from Fusion Dance with Goku to Super Tii 10. Tii then met his end when Brolly returned (His killed himself wile killing Brolly) by chance a piece left from his previous fighting created Tii Jr. Who then grew up to complete Tii's legacy going Super Tii 10, only to absorb Brolly, and turn evil, Tii Jr. regained control to destroy his and Borly's body and soul once and for all.

since "tii" has never shown up in any dragonball z manga or in the anime I'll just assume that you read Dragon Ball April Fools and mistook it for the real thing.
in other words: tii doesn't exist. only in dragonball April Fools

actually, GT is made by the toei and it's official.
