try clicking you're own game link it should have been removed due to violation of megaupload's term of services
dude games/roms/bios contain copyright protected code means you can share them with someone over internet.
Even copying the code into you're computer is a serious offense. So never give link to these things

I've played that game.
And I guess it isn't illegal if you own the game or possessed it sometime before.
It's not illegal if you use it for testing or viewing purposes and delete it after 24 hours. (This is to decide if you like the game and if you'll buy it)
It isn't illegal if you're keeping it as a backup of the rom you own.
Well that's it. All other activities are illegal

It is illegal to have it but it isn't illegal as long as you have the game. So if you own the game in real life & just download it & use a rom it's not illegal no matter what.

Legal concerns for owning the roms/games is actually a pretty gray area. The emulators themselves are perfectly legal though (so as long as they don't include original bios/system files).
