Okay I'm going to create a tutorial to all people who want to edit Piccolo, Goku or Raditz's bodys withou loosing animation.
1º Download misfit model 3D http://sourceforge.net/projects/misfitmodel3d/files/misfitmodel3d-devel/Misfit Model 3D-1.3.8/.
2º When installing choose to install md3 models.
3º Load the model you want to edit (for example: upper.md3 of Goku).
Now, if the model has animations you can see and modify them, clicking on animation, start animation mode.
4º To edit the model you select the part of the model you want to edit, then go to model, transform model.
You can see translate(to move the model), rotate,
Scale and Matrix.
5º If you want to delete a selected part (for example shoulder pad), go to scale and put everything to 0.
6º Now edit the model and save it. It will not loose animation like in milkshape.
1 more thing, if you try to select the model and click on delete, the model will stay the same.
If you have any questions, or if I forgot something in the tutorial please leave a coment!

This looks like a player model. You want to load all parts? I click Yes, it closes; I click no, it closes
EDIT2: OH MY GOODNESS, *laughing out loud*, nevermind, I only moved it to the desktop *intense laughter*

you don´t have to delete the pads on every frame!
You select the pads, then go to model, transform model
go to Scale and put everything to 0 and choose apply to: selected

when I resize a model (upper lower and head) the animations get really weird, the upper body is rotated and the head almost looks backwards

Hmm... that happened to me 1 time too. Maybe its because you edit the model to much times? or maybe not I don't know *laughing out loud*

To shrink a whole body for example to make Goten or krillin, you will have to set the same scaling values at each parts, also you can select lenght and height

Copy md3 files to the desktop well that only works on some models,I have reloads if you rename the file it will work, example wailed be the file head.md3 won't work but if you rename or even just add a letter or something it works. So head1.md3 now it will work
