I know ZEQ2 aimed for a accurate game with an accurate story and even the possibility to destroy planets,will those be available in ZEQ2 lite?

Most of the accuracy and portrayal features from the non-lite ZEQ2 will not make a debut in ZEQ2-lite although SOME may in some way or fashion.
The segment/master server feature that is likely to appear at some point in later builds if we get the time, for instance, COULD open up planet destruction possibilities.
ZEQ2-lite has no immediate plan for a story mode at this time.
