When we use addon maps, we can't set the settings, where can we set it? cause we want to use the addons but we don't know how to set the powerlevel since we are always starting at 1000, which file do we edit?

There is a CVAR (console variable) that sets your desired powerlevel value to be your starting one.
Type in "/g_powerlevel x", (without the quotation marks), where x is a value between 1 and 32767.
/g_powerlevel 10000 sets your starting powerlevel to be 10000.
In order to make the change effective, type /map_restart in the console to reinitialize the whole map.
