Yes, I know it's old, and I know it was announced in March this year, and was presented live on E3 this year.

It will be released in February 9, worldwide on Steam.
Price: not yet know, but since it's a standalone game, and since it's from Valve themselves, it may cost around $50.

The coop part is really neat. Especially that the engine will be newer than the Alien Swarm one.
Although, it will be separated from the main player.
