I''m new here, so I'm quite confused. I downloaded the ZEQ on the download page, the second download option. I started the game, but I couldn't do Kamehameha etc. Do I need a specific power level for it?

Did you try click and hold and wait until he's said "HA" at the end of Kamehameha?

I clicked, mashed every key and whatever, but he does nothing.

Have you checked if your control configuration have accidently unbound your attacks?
