ZEQ2 Lite

Hello. I have a problem with ZEQ2 lite. When I launching a game it's not working. when shows a tab there written: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstaling the application may fix this problem...I think I need to install ZEQ2 lite but there are no install. I did every thing with SVN guide but don't working for me. Can any body help me ?
