Yeah, I've got to go with ESFER with this one, Vegetto is only Super Saiyan.

Hey Nemix. I took the liberty to work on his head model (mostly separating his eyes from his head) so now it's working as intended. I also worked on his attacks. Currently It has the generic 4 attacks (first 2 slots) then I added Kamehameha (Vegetto's), Final Kamehameha, Spirit Sword and Big Bang Attack (again, Vegetto's.)
Still have to work on it to make it Public Beta 1 compatible, since I started on from the team build. Hopefully I will release it tomorrow, after everything works as it should. Some attacks might not be 100% accurate, but it's a great starting point, isn't it? 
Anyway, contact me if you want to test them yourself. I'd like your collection of unsupported data on this.
