When it comes to development, there's no time for ANY joke. We have to be 100% serious while in the process of developing. Now that's no fun, how do you plan to have fun and bond with the other developers? Here, I'll tell you a little secret that you probably don't know about: part of the reason why Earth Special Forces is so successful is because the team has formed a huge bond with each other. Joking around and being sarcastic with each other helps a lot. I'm not saying don't be serious, but joking around with your fellow developers definitely lightens the mood.
Also, the gap between the cracks need to be way smaller.

The ground is too flat, all maps have the ground flat recently, try making it bouncy like in landing, because if you go underwater and you see it flat, you can feel it weird

I'm seeing a lot of very low-poly work here. I really think you should consider upping the overall quality and flow. Silhouette details are pretty important!
Try doing a side by side comparison of your cave, for instance, with the series one. If you can tell the difference between the two, then there's still work left to be done!
