I love it rasengan!
Only one thing, the palm leafs look to be transparent, when they should only have alpha transparency.
Did you make the water texture yourself?

The island and water are pretty good but you should make the water looks like its endless, because when you go to the end of the map, you can see that the water ends

Yes it's the 3D skybox, look at landing map,They did a great job on the maps limits, and at Namek too.
