yeah I'm probably late to most people and I'm tinkled that the solution was so simple but...anyway
to get online enter the map landing(default map)
press ~ or ` and when the console comes down all you do
is type in
/connect asisdead.no-ip.org
or /connect zeq2lite.no-ip.org
either one works don't forget the / and put a space between /connect and what ever you type in. PLEASE don't criticize for me being late to this.
