go to the player folder you want to change powerlevel.
Select Tier1 or any other.
Then open tier.cfg with notepad and slide down to Transform Configuration
change requirementCurrent #### to any number you want
make the same with requirementMaximum #### jsut write the same number as in the Current

When you make a new server (local server) you can set the starting powerlevel... I recomend 30.000 so you can instantly ascend.
