Indeed, that model & skin was made by SV and Eclipse by the look of the sigs on the image. My guess is that was either a Dragon Ball Quake model or an Elemental Forces model. As Nemix said, it's pretty likely the model was never released.

Wrong this is a model for Earth Special Forces.
Never intended to be for one of these mods.

Really? I'm sure I remember seeing a Gogeta model by eclipse for Elemental Fusion which looked exactly like that. It was absolutely yyyeeeaaarrrs ago, though, so my memory could be playinf tricks on me.

This one is just a model that was originally for Earth Special Forces 1.2, I assume.

Wait, what? SV is still part of the ZEQ team right?
Who are the current modellers anyway? Only Blaize or what?
But I would love to see this model for ZEQ2 lite.

SV is busy on Naruto: Naiteki Kensei at the moment and thus does not have time to work on ZEQ2-lite. Blaize sparked in lightly after the initial release for a few fixups and models (Saibaman, Gohan fixes, Nappa, etc.), but is gone for now.
Currently, the ZEQ2-lite public beta 1 was from myself, Dave, and Aaron's work (Circlerun). We've gotten several additional testers, some in-training programmers, and an extra artist or two (Darklink, for one), but most of the original team isn't actively present.
Always looking for more dedicated help as most of us are busy on either [a] other projects, [b] university that just started after the initial release, or [c] jobs and other obligations. The idea of being an open-source project was for some talented fans to step in and help carry the project in our absence.

Not sure as we've been unable to reach him through email or other means lately. We've sparatically gotten in a few minor contacts throughout the last few years, but nothing stable or consistent. If anyone has any direct or indirect contact with him, send him on over.

That's too bad. He was one of the guys that went back a long way. I still remember an awesome model he did for Bid For Power called Rio's Gogeta. I loved it.
