are you mad or something dude ??????? , mystic is a transformation its self , go watch theh anime , and the power cannot increase or decrease while in Super Saiyan 2 form his power can increase while training , so may bee he got a higher multiply at Super Saiyan 2 after so many years

Mystic isn't a transformation. Mystic form releases ALL his potential, he doesn't have to transform, he's always at max power. So go watch the anime, he ccan't transform into a Super Saiyan because it's USEL3SS if you have mystic form.

He asks Old Kaioshin how to bring his power out, Old Kaioshin tells him to 'do that Super Saiyan thing'. Gohan tries it, and with all his power released he still looks the same. Ergo, no more Super Saiyan. He can still raise and lower his power though, as demonstrated against Super Buu; Buu mocks Gohan, at which point Gohan raises his ki momentarily, leaving Goten, Trunks and Piccolo slack jawed, and Buu looking a little frightened.

If you so insist on calling it a form, well then fine, it is a form, a permanent one. He can lower and higher his power but in his mystic he always has his max power available, so GT was just lacking on making him Super Saiyan because he wouldn't be using his full power in that form, it makes no sense.

again you lack in understanding stuff, mystic is a form indeed stted in Dragon Ball Z by old kai , his power can't be increased than maximum , nither it will be decreased if he does not train , but it never said he will be like that all his life , so its perfect match , he trained as a Super Saiyan 2
