Sarcasm..
*laughing out loud*, and sorry but I don't have HYSPEC PC for PCSX2 or Dolphin so its a good option for me now
And I really don't followed the evolution of PSP EMU, because lot of people talked about 'PSP Emu is fake' or.. 'it's not working' so I really not followed this project and that's why I'm..ill-advised?

What do you mean ? For example... There are PCs more powerful than a xbox360, but if you try to run halo 3 (for example) on one of those PCs, it'll lag as heck and it won't look as well as if you were using a 360, even if the PC is better.

Consoles are built for performing games, while Pc's generally aren't. It's simple logic isn't it that the console will have better performance and graphics. (for the latest gen at least)

why are people overating crysis , a PlayStation 3 CPU is strong enough it got 8 cell processors which are 10x powerful than a pc , so a PlayStation 3 1 core is I guess 300mhz or something = 3ghz pc core , plus the ps3s graphics card is a pumped up 7600gx2 , by the way can't remember the name , but the worlds fasted fps game is on console and its graphics are just as good as crysis

At the moment. Wait a few years. That and the I7 processor line is quite close performance wise to the PlayStation 3 cell processor.
what's the difference then?
Simple. Consoles have 1 set of hardware components. This allows game designers to use that hardware to its full capacity. With PCs its different. You have to take into account lots of different processor types, different sound card types, different GFX cards even different drivers.
So basically no PC game can use 100% of the computers hardware capabilities if you want to run it on a computer with a different set up. And since there is just so many possibilities you are stuck with using a lower percentage of the hardwares capabilities to compensate for the gap in configurations.
In the end even if the computer hardware is better than the console. Because it can't be used to its full capabilities means itll still be worse off, until it surpases the console to a point where comparing them would be comparing the PlayStation 3 to the PlayStation 2.

well if you see it technically, PC's and console's processor architecture is different, PC -> x86 or x86-64 and Console for example, psp -> MIPS architecture, so converting a instruction from one format to another requires serious CPU/ram usage. you have to recompile the instruction in host CPU format which generally doubles the work load , so it requires more than twice the power of the console.

1.Consoles operating systems have less resource usage than Windows.
2.PC games have better graphics.
3.And even if you use antivirus and lot of softwares, your pc slower than a reinstalled Windows.
but yeah, psp emulator slam slow on intel dual core, I have 12 FPS on intel dual core but my GameCube and PlayStation 2 emulated games have 40-60 FPS.
Maybe it's the fault of emulation, Tenkaichi 3 lagg with some dolphin emu and not lagg with an older rev, or maybe the java slowing the game to.
