You do realize, that the first link is nothing more than commercials for the 1 hour DBKai and One Piece airing time at 9 AM.
Hence the 9 in the title. Its only a couple of animations made to promote the One Piece DBKai hour.
The second one I have no idea about, but looks interesting.

The second one I have no idea about, but looks interesting. The second is a video of a crossover with One Piece and Dragonball Z. It's called Dragonball Epoch Piece or something, all I know is that it has the word Epoch in it. I guess they decided to make an OVA out of the chapter.
