Depends on how much work is done on the vintage models that have already been released. When/If most of them get ingame with some attacks/animations or see extensive usage in some way, I'll started releasing 4th generation and up models.

I don't get it... how it can't be released if its old?
I'd really like to have ZEQ2 because in my opinion its better than lite.

The images posted were mostly from the internal build and/or from renders posted on the website years ago.
I'd really like to have ZEQ2 because in my opinion its better than lite.
This opinion is invalid since you have not played, nor experienced the previous incarnation in any form.
so is there really no way to download zeqII?
Some of the images posted of the "old ZEQ2" have become the new ZEQ2-lite. They are one and the same. The CURRENT incarnation of what "ZEQ2" is stands as the 2007+ research project. No images from the current ZEQ2 have been posted in this thread whatsoever.

all the vintage models are ingame , anty got them ingame , but no animations of course , and didn't release but still got them ingame ,  so PLEASE release frieza *intense laughter*

Sweet. This one was mine.
It was supposed to have a cool animation of the radar part flipping out.
The dragonball changing stars for how many you had and glowing when you had all 7.
A charge meter in the logo for the attack
And animated icon shouting when doing attacks etc.

Fun Note : The backwards Kid Buu head was an infamous issue we struggled with and a unique aspect of ZEQ2's long history.
