I have a question how to move beams like Kamehameha? in Videos it works but how?

There is only one attack which you can move: Masenko. But you can change so you could move any beam.
I would help but I don't know how

If I've understood things right you are able to edit a config for the character's attacks which lets you choose whether not a beam is bendable.
In a future update all beams will bend automatically towards a locked-on target, if I recall correctly

Open the default.phys file with Notepad in:
\ZEQ2Contents\players\Goku
You will find:
}
// Trajectory {
// type = "Guided"
// }
}
Change it to:
}
Trajectory {
type = "Guided"
}
}
Notice the difference(remove only the slashes) and Save.
Now your Goku will be able to bend the beam just like Piccolo bends Masenko.
I have never tried this myself, but it should work.

And I see why.
Do the same thing with emblem.phys and it will work with Goku with the emblem on his back too.
I've now tried and it works.
