Exactly what about that GIF was created by the Dutch?
Zidane plays for the French and he's also French himself. The player he hit was Italian and plays for Italy. As for the GIF itself, it has no named creator as far as I know.

But wouldn't the fact that the maker of this GIF used the footage broad casted by a Ductch channel, instead of any other channel around the world, make it at least plausible that the maker is in fact Dutch himself?
I don't see any reason for someone not from the Netherlands to not use footage of his own countries channels but use the one broad casted by the Dutch.

The first gif shows the NOS logo next to the score, which is a dutch tv channel.
And why does that mean the creator of the GIF chose it purposely? Perhaps it was just convenient at the time, there's no way of telling.
