Brr. I don't know maybe Piccolo is cold and using it as a scarf. If that isn't true then the only other logical explanation is that he lost a tooth and is embarrassed.

Ah I actually thought it was ripped from tenkaichi or something. I guess that's a compliment to niels.
On topic: Yeah I'd say you can lower the cape quite a bit still. So his shoulders aren't visible anymore and you see a little part of his neck.

Djosama, yes, Piccolo when Piccolo have the cape and the turban he do a diferents attacks and he have a different idle and stuff like that so... I will change that...
