I would like to make a character in a game called fancy pants,

I want to do 3D, but not how.
if someone could help me to do so or if not
if anyone can.
if you do someone's hair could say what
done with a crest
please if anyone can do it for the ZEQ2 with
animations of Goku

maybe if this was a actual Dragon Ball Z character someone would help you but no one really wants to play with a non-Dragon Ball Z model......so people just won't want to help in something that thyre not going to use or even care about so sorry
