Yeah, the story is really good, and gameplay is awesome...still haven't beaten it though...=/

my friend got the game 2months ago I played it with him the gameplay is dammm awesome its like Final Fantasy
I would recommend this game 100%

Yeah the battles are well animated, and turn based like Final Fantasy, plus you can name and create your own character and team, which is pretty cool. All the equipment you can actually see on each character...like glasses and helmets and stuff. I was going to download it to my R4, but it was worth the buy.

It's a very nice game I already finished with the story.
I have all my peoples in game at lv 99 ^^. It was hard work  .

dragon quest was made from the final fantasy maker by the way
dragon quest is awesome I have it for PlayStation 2^^

No it's not. The only thing the franchises share is the producer, Square Enix.

but dragon quest 9 is better in my opinion and don't forget boss battles those are quiet awesome
