Hmm I never noticed that. I do know he is using a fish and baba from that game. But those are placeholders he's waiting until I make replacements for them. He won't be allowed to release it with illegal content like that.

The grounds looks different. Very well done but you need the water to be wavering (moving) around. If not it wouldn't be good so far.

Well you could see this video game, Revenge of King Piccolo as a semi exception since it had actual anime artists working on the game.
You can see that in the drawn backgrounds of the maps and the dialogue character art.
Specifically look at the textures on the rocks of the cave. That's work only an anime artist could do.
Some of these pictures really look like they came straight from the anime.

In this case, the developers of revenche of Piccolo we have copied on the anime.
we will not sell ZEQ2, so we have the right used the textures
that's why we want to use this textures!
I have make one test in 5 min, good! I can do better at modeling,it's just for tested
but everything that's not nice?
I have modified the cliff texture and the road

To an extent that's true, they captured the look of the environment from the anime quite well. But, you don't specifically need "anime" artists.... just a painter who can use the backgrounds in the manga series for reference.... like the way toriyama drew his backgrounds; I can actually see throughout the show these backgrounds just recreated in a painted style. So it kind of comes down to Toriyama's background style... I guess....or I'm just saying a bunch of trivial things right now =P....the artist inside is showing through...
