oh I only use these models for war3 maps.. but Lowpoly Workshop is for general models so only extensions like max, obj, 3ds and ms3d are allowed

Thanks for the offer, but I like to have some functionality to my models. It seems like your community just makes them for the heck of it.
But your forum does seem very interesting for aspiring young modellers with tutorials and such. Low poly modeling is a great way to get down the basics in shape forming, because there are only so much polies to handle, it's also nice to pick up the art of manual uvw mapping. It' how I learned anyway.

That was my intention, to guide those interested in modeling and evolve together.I only use manual uvw mapping. I made some tutorials for milkshape, a cheap, simple but powerful 3D tool. People on the Lowpoly Workshop make the models for their warcraft 3 or starcraft 2 maps in general so it's not really a waste, but most of them just register to request free 3D models. I'm the only one that makes all the requests even if I'm not interested in them, I sacrifice a bit in order for Lowpoly Workshop to become more popular.
Low poly is really a lost art. If you think about it, it's a lot easier to make good looking models with more polys, The Real Challenge is making economical meshes.
